If an order is canceled by the seller or not shipped, you are entitled to a full refund. The refund is typically processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the cancellation claim is approved.
For missing items in a partial shipment, you may request a replacement if the item is still available. If a replacement isn't possible, LoongBuy will facilitate a refund for the missing items.
If a seller does not ship an item by the "Latest Ship By Date", the order may be automatically canceled
